What Does "Organize PDF" Do?

Organizing a PDF means changing the order its pages appear in — moving a table of contents to the front, putting an appendix at the end, or fixing pages that were scanned out of sequence. Our tool reads your PDF's page count automatically, then lets you type the exact order you want the pages in before generating a new, correctly-ordered file.

How to Reorder PDF Pages — Step by Step

  1. Upload your PDF. Drag and drop your file into the box above — we'll read its page count automatically.
  2. Set the new order. Edit the pre-filled page list into the order you want, e.g. "3, 1, 2, 4".
  3. Organize and download. Click "Organize PDF" and download the file with pages in your chosen order.

Why Use Our Page Organizer?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete a page while reorganizing?

This tool reorders pages only — every original page must appear in the new order exactly once. To delete pages, use our Remove PDF Pages tool.

How do I write the new page order?

List every page number, separated by commas, in the sequence you want them to appear, e.g. "3, 1, 2, 4" for a 4-page document.

What if I make a mistake in the order?

The tool validates that every page number appears exactly once before processing, and shows a clear error if something is missing or duplicated.

Will reordering affect page quality?

No — pages are copied directly from your original file with no re-rendering.
